Speedstand Privacy Policy
Speedstand is a data display and visualisation tool for Formula racing fans. It does not provide news reporting, user-generated content, social networking, live broadcasts, betting, gambling, or paid prediction services.
1. Scope and Operator
This Privacy Policy applies to the Speedstand iOS app, Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets, and related services provided through wwei0705.online.

Speedstand is an independent, unofficial racing-data tool. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any rights holder, regulator, racing team, or event organiser.
2. Information We Process and Why
We process information only as necessary to provide race-data displays, subscription access, widgets, reminders, troubleshooting, and service security.

3. Information We Do Not Actively Collect
- We do not require an account and do not collect your name, identity-document number, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or precise location.
- We do not integrate advertising-tracking SDKs or track your activity across other apps or websites for advertising purposes.
- We do not receive your bank-card number, payment password, or Apple Account password. Subscription payments are handled by Apple.
4. Third-Party Services and Data Sources
To provide public racing and weather information, our servers may access public racing-data services, Jolpica, Open-Meteo, and similar public data services. We normally request race- or circuit-related data only and do not proactively send information that directly identifies you to those services.
Plus subscriptions are handled by Apple StoreKit and the App Store. Purchases, refunds, renewals, and cancellations are subject to Apple's applicable terms and privacy policy.
5. Storage and Security
- Our servers are hosted in mainland China on Tencent Cloud. API access logs and the SQLite database are stored in local server directories.
- Access logs used for troubleshooting and security auditing are normally retained for no more than 180 days, except where a longer period is required by law or needed to address a security incident.
- Preferences such as follows, theme settings, widget snapshots, and cache are primarily stored locally on your device or in the App Group container. Uninstalling the app may remove this local data.
- We use measures such as HTTPS, server access controls, file permissions, backups, and log management to protect information.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You can turn off notifications, revoke camera permission, cancel a subscription, or uninstall the app through system settings. You may also use the contact details in this policy to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information related to the app, or to ask questions about this policy.
We will verify and address requests as soon as reasonably practicable. Complex requests may take longer, and we will explain the reason.
7. Children
Speedstand is a general sports-data app and is not primarily directed to children under 14. A minor should obtain a guardian's consent before using the app. If a guardian believes that we collected a minor's personal information in error, please contact us using the details in this policy.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or review requirements. We will publish the revised effective date on this page. If a change materially affects how personal information is processed, we will provide an appropriate notice in the app or on this page.
